Legacy Auto Credit is based in Walkerton, Ontario. But our customers aren't. They're in Kitchener and Kingston, Owen Sound and Orangeville, London and Leamington — and everywhere in between.
We built our delivery program because we know that not everyone can take a day off work to drive to a dealership, and that the people who need us most are often the people with the least flexibility in their schedules. So we come to you.
How the Delivery Process Works
Most of the process can be completed from home — from the initial conversation right through to signing your documents. Here's what it looks like:
Step 1: Fill Out the Short Form
Tell us a bit about what you're looking for and the best way to reach you. No credit application at this stage — just a starting point for the conversation. Takes about 2 minutes.
Step 2: We Reach Out
One of our Credit and Finance Advisors will call or text — usually the same day. We'll review your situation, talk through your options, and confirm a payment plan that works for your budget.
Step 3: We Match You With the Right Vehicle
Once we know your budget and what you need, we find the right vehicle from our inventory. We can send photos, carfax reports, and inspection details — everything you need to feel confident before committing.
Step 4: Sign Digitally from Home
Most of our documents can be signed digitally. No trip to the lot required. We'll walk you through everything and make sure you understand what you're signing.
Step 5: We Deliver
We coordinate a delivery time that works for you — usually within a day or two of finalizing the paperwork. Our delivery team brings the vehicle to your door, walks you through the features, and makes sure you're fully set up before they leave.

What to Expect When We Deliver
Our delivery isn't just dropping off a car and leaving. The delivery itself typically takes 30–45 minutes. We want you to feel completely comfortable with your vehicle before we leave.
Here's what we bring to your door:
Your vehicle — clean, fuelled, and ready to go
A walkthrough of all features and controls
Your ownership documents, financing paperwork, and insurance confirmation
Your $50 gas card if you've been referred by a friend
Any other items promised during the sale — floor mats, spare keys, etc.

Is there a charge for delivery?
This is discussed as part of your overall package and disclosed upfront. We don't spring fees on people at the end. Ask your advisor directly and they'll give you a clear answer for your specific situation.
How quickly can you deliver?
Once the paperwork is finalized, most deliveries happen within 1 to 3 business days. In some cases, same-day or next-day delivery is possible. Your advisor will give you a realistic timeline based on your location and the vehicle.
Can I still pick up in Walkerton if I prefer?
Absolutely. If you'd prefer to come to our lot, you're always welcome. Some customers like to see the vehicle before signing. Others prefer delivery. You choose — we'll accommodate either way.
What if I'm not happy with the vehicle when it's delivered?
Our 5-Day Exchange Privilege applies to all purchases. If the vehicle was purchased entirely online sight-unseen, our 3-day / 250km money-back guarantee also applies. See our Exchange Privilege page for the full details.
